L'Incontro
L'Incontro, Grand Hyatt Amman's signature restaurant, is 'the meeting place' of Italian specialities, elegant ambience and Amman's trendy society, creating the most impressive Italian restaurant on this side of the River Jordan.The restaurant is fresh and full of light, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city and the restaurant's terrace. Inside, guests will surely be entertained by the live cooking show taking place in the theatre kitchen, where herb-accented chicken and juicy meats are being churned out of the wood-burning oven. Guests can sit around the bar and enjoy this true culinary spectacle while sipping a fresh espresso or smooth grappa.
Indochine
Those with a penchant for historical romance will thoroughly enjoy Indochine. The beauty and sensuality of 1930s colonial Vietnam is captured with louvre-paneled doors, wooden ceiling fans, woven furniture, a covered terrace, elegant palms and Asian art. An open theatre kitchen provides a lively culinary show and allows the wafting aromas of ginger and lemon grass to permeate the restaurant.The restaurant also has a private dining room, seating up to 20 persons, for personal and business occasions.
The Grand Deli
The Grand Deli is a delicatessen in the true sense of the word, offering a variety of exclusive home-made as well as imported food and beverage, items for guests to enjoy at the shop or take out.
The aroma of a delectable array of home-made breads, French pastries, fresh salads, sandwiches and mouth-watering cakes, prepared daily by our renowned pastry chefs permeate throughout the restaurant level of the hotel. Cafe tables outside The Grand Deli allow for a quick sandwich, pastry or brewed coffee.
JJ's
JJ's bar is located at the R Level of Grand Hyatt Amman. Sitting in JJ's guests can sip their drinks while watching the big-screen television at the bar. Grand Hyatt Amman is located on the third circle, in the Jabal Amman district, primarily known as the financial and diplomatic district of the capital. The hotel has dazzling views over the metropolis and the celebrated King Abdullah Mosque (more commonly known as the Blue Domed Mosque). Grand Hyatt is conveniently linked to Zara Expo, the capital's Trade, Exhibition, and Conference center, and is a mere 30 minutes away from the Queen Alia International Airport.

Payment Requirements
For your convenience, Internet Travel Group offers secure online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please note that, should you prefer, you are able to supply your credit card information by fax. We are unable to accept your reservation request without credit card details, though you will only be billed once your booking has been confirmed, the credit card information verified and our confirmation voucher sent to you by email.
For all reservations
-The full amount will be charged at the moment of confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
-If cancellation is received 16 days or more prior to arrival, then a 20% of the full amount will be lost.
-If a cancellation is received 15 days or less prior to arrival, then the full amount will apply as a penalty.
-No shows will result on the full amount being charged as a cancellation fee.
Children Policy
-Children over the age of 12 are considered as adults.
-Children under the age of 12 will get a 50% discount on room rates.
-Children under 12 will get a 50% discount on meal rates.
-Children requiring their own room are charged as adults.
Liability
Internet Travel Group acts as intermediary between all hotels, transport operators, tourist attraction companies, and local tourist offices providing the services. Internet Hotel Rental Group is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists; including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, acts of God or political actions / unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of being posted on the site. They are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour / stay / excursion / car rental. A submitted reservation request is indicative of the tourist agreement to the above conditions.

Price & Payment
Unless otherwise stated, at the time of booking only a deposit is due. The remanining balance is payable on check-in and charged by the hotel direct. hotel-savings.com accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
For security purposes, should your reservation incur a charge in excess of USD 400.00, you must submit a signed credit card authorization form. This will be supplied upon confirmation of the reservation. If you fail to fax across this documentation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Please note that as per our cancellation policy, there may be a fee for this.
Flight Information
If you are to arrive at your hotel after 5pm, please provide Hotelrentalgroup with your flight information, so that we may be able to advise the hotel of what time they can expect you. Should your flight be delayed, we strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly to inform them of this.
Period of Stay / Rate Calculation
All stays are calculated and sold "per night". We can only guarantee a room until noon (12pm). Late check-outs can be requested at the moment of reservation in the additional comments box, but may come at an additional fee (usually 50% of the nightly rate).
Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply. Please check the terms & conditions, as these policies vary from hotel to hotel.
Cancellation Charges On All Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be lost.
-Further cancellation charges may apply depending on the hotel.

No Shows
No Shows will result in a 100% penalty fee.
Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations made on the web sites operated by hotel-savings.com will receive a temporary confirmation number. This temporary number does not mean that the hotel room is available and is only for administrative purposes. Your final confirmation will be sent to you on your official confirmation voucher within 24 hours, unless, due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel does not get back to us within this time frame. hotel-savings.com is not responsible for any such delays.
Early departures
In addition to the standard cancellation policy, we would like to stress the point that the hotels are very strict regarding changes to the length of clients’ stays. Therefore we would like to inform you that clients departing before their booked check out date will be charged for the remaining nights and, no being made for unused nights.
Check In & Check Out Policy
Your room will be made available to you from 14h00 (unless stated otherwise in the terms & conditions of the hotel). Should you require a guaranteed early check in, the room must be booked and paid for in full for the day preceeding your stay.
Check out time is 12:00 hrs. For a guaranteed late check-out, clients should book for an additional night, charged at 100%.
